RECOMMENDATION: I strongly recommend you attempt to write out an answer to the above exam! If you don't have time to write out a full response, try scratching out an outline of a response. If you feel you aren't ready to handle doing this, maybe because you're still unsure of the material we've covered, do it anyway! It will be a helpful learning exercise in terms of the substantive law.
I strongly recommend you try to do your own response before you read the model answer.
