ASSIGNMENTS AND ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS
FOR THE MIDTERM QUIZ, ESSAY PORTION
Please find below group assignments for composing an exam response to Part 2 of the midterm quiz at http://www.ericejohnson.com/extstor/courses/torts_0708/materials/Torts_midterm_quiz_2007.pdf.
Individuals were assigned to groups on a random basis.
In addition to the instructions on the front page of the midterm quiz, please follow the additional instructions below, which are controlling in case of conflict with the instructions on the front page:
ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Your response must be limited to 2,500 words.
Your response must be formatted as a pdf document with Times or Times New Roman font in 12-point size, double-spaced, with top and bottom margins of 1 inch each, a left-hand margin of 1.25 inches, and a right-hand margin of 2.5 inches.
The pdf document must be named "torts_midterm_essay_group_X.pdf" where "X" is the number of your group.
You must submit your response on or before 24:00 (i.e., one minute past 11:59 p.m.) on November 11, 2007 by e-mail to eej@eejlaw.com with the subject line "torts midterm essay response group X", where "X" is the number of your group. Inside your e-mail include the list of the people who belong to your group.
Your exam response should be sent in by only one member of the group.
DO NOT IDENTIFY YOUR GROUP OR ANY MEMBERS OF YOUR GROUP WITHIN THE RESPONSE (I.E., ANYWHERE IN THE PDF DOCUMENT).
You may consult with anyone in framing your answer, and you may consult with any materials you would like in framing your answer.
By submitting your response, you agree and are aware that your response will be publicly posted with a grade, and possibly with comments, and may be used for future classes and other future educational endeavors, and, in particular, may be posted permanently on my webpage.
